Program that locks the screen?

Hi everyone.

As the last poster in this http://www.mac-forums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=54746 thread I made pointed out, I can't log off of my user name and still keep Adium running in the background. So, is there any program that can lock the screen?

System Preferences -> Security....check the box to require a password to wake this computer from screen saver or sleep.

Set you screen saver to be activated by a hot corner. Activate screen saver...locked

Or you could just do this method... that way there is no inadvertant screen locking if your mouse drifts off the screen by accident.

Deskshade also has an option, its Shareware. Set a hot key, and when you press the hot key it locks the computer, until you type in your password.
