Mac OS X 10.2.3 to 10.3 Panther - HELP

Need some help with an upgrade...

Currently running 10.2.3 and went to load up Creative Suite Premium and it requires me to be running 10.3 or higher. Whats the easiest way to upgrade to 10.3+? I went to download panther of the mac website however the system requirements were for 10.3+

And advice would be great - need to get Creative Suite up and running asap

You need to purchase the Panther CD from apple

I couldn't find the upgrade at the Apple site. If you search the net, you can find it at several third party vendors.
If you need it in a hurry and can afford the $129, you can go to any computer store that sells Apple software and pick of the full version.

There is no actual upgrade version for Panther

In order to upgrade to OS X 10.3.3. you need to purchase OS X 10.3. Then you can download Mac OS X Combined Update 10.3.3 to bring your system up to 10.3.3.

Even though this expired on 4/28, I (like MegaMac) would call it an upgrade. Considering that you had to have 10.2 to install 10.3 and to get the reduced pricing.

At $70 you can get the full version of Panther with the education discount for the same price.

I probably wouldn't get that considering its an OEM of a an operating system disc that apple has never made to begin with
