Key sounds weirding out / missing

Weirdo problem, couldn't google or find topic here:

My MacBook (2-3 months old white totally standard) sort of fell, or tumbled down, and after that happened, the warning sound is missing when you don't have a cd in the drive but press EJECT anyway.

This is really and truly weird.. anybody have any idea??? :Confused: EVERY other sound works normally LoL

Mine doesn't make a sound over the speakers, it just whirrs the drive mechanism.
