Require Password At Startup

Does anyone know how to require a password at startup? In security I only see 'wake from sleep & screensaver'.

In the "Accounts" section of your System Preferences.
You should be able to change your login option to 'Name and Password' and then uncheck the 'Automatically log in' box.
