iTunes movies only work on iPods, computers that are authorized, and Apple TV.

Sorry to be a pain in the Butt here... I really am

But, is there a specific reason, I'd like to know exactly why?
Is it some kind of encoding. I've always seen on websites videos for PSP, or iPod format but they are all the same file extension mp4.

Again, I am sorry if am repeating the questions, but I just like to get all my facts straight :D

It is kind of a drag.. however, I don't purchase music/movies/TV shows off iTunes at all really.

If I want movies on my PSP, I use VisualHub to rip them to the "PSP format." It works great.

it uses itunes to put songs on
it might work?

Highly unlikely. Movies purchased from the iTMS are protected with DRM and cannot be converted to another format. This is part of why the Apple TV was created, so that purchased content can be streamed into the living room.
