I have had those symptoms on my MBP for the last month or so. It gets down to about 30% then just shuts off with no warning. I havn't noticed any swelling in the battery though, maybe I'll check closer. But anyway, I think I'll be calling my Apple Store....

just had to have mine replaced too. apple was cool about it. after 37 cycles the health has dropped to about 5% and would stay on for 5 mins and just shut down. I just received a brand new battery under my waranty and its 100% healthy. actually my old battery was bulging just like shown in that pic
