Why wont this work

I've downloaded Frets on Fire 1.2.348 from about four different websites and non of them work on my computer can somebody help me

well i have a ibook g4 10.4.9 with 1gb ram and when I try to open it the screen goes black like it's going to run but then no matter how long I wait nothing happens and I can't close out of it so I have to turn my computer off
sorry I should have said that earlier my bad
