I have 60GB iPod Phot0. I have installed MAC OSX on iPod. Now I am trying to install iPod Linux on it but I am getting error...
An error occurred while installing linux: Cannot install iPod-Linux on iPod that has Mac OS X installed on it.
How do I unistall MAC OSX from iPod?
Is there a way to backup my Music Library from iPod Photo as is? So that if anything goes wrong with iPod I can restore songs?

It sounds like your iPod is formatted with the Mac filesystem. The only way to undo that is to do a "restore" factory settings from iTunes. When you do that, it will revert the iPod back to factory defaults and wipe all data from it. Of course, your music library will still be in iTunes - so if you sync your iPod again, all of the data will be copied back.

Download Senuti or Sharepod (only works with windows) and use it to back up your music from the iPod so you can do a restore (provided you have enough HD space to keep them there temporarily).

Yamipod is a good cross-platform way to get stuff off your ipod.
