**** all,

I have a quick simple questions.

I was wondering if I do download a movie from iTunes, is it possible to burn it on a DVD that would work on an external DVD Player?

Please let me know.

Thanks

Hmm you may be able to burn it using Roxio Toast, I have never purchased a movie from iTunes, so I wouldnt really know, I would think the format of the file could be converted to a burning program friendly file format using ffmpeg, if it isn't in one when it's downloaded to begin with.

Long story short, I'm not sure lol

No you can not. The DRM does not allow you to burn it to a DVD for viewing on a DVD player. You can back it up to a data DVD, but that's not the same.

baggss,

Thanks for your help. I was just wondering, coz it actually would have been cheaper to do that than buying the dvds for $20 :D also more convient. but oh well.
