Can't play video..why?

Your Mac's Specs
Dual 2 GHz PowerPC G5
G4 using 10.3.9 and Safari 1.3.2. I have downloaded WMP 9.0 for Mac as well as Flip4Mac plug in and still cannot view video feeds from CNN.com, pGATour.com, etc. anyone have some suggestions on how I can fix this?
