Trying to connect to internet

MacBook Black 2.16GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 1GB DDR2 SDRAM 160GB HD
Hi I'm a new user to this site but not to macs. I have a G5 Mac and need to connect to the internet, but am having trouble, if you could give me all the info I need, including how to find my DNS, it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I am attempted to connect using a DSL/LAN connection through MTS ALLSTREAM
