will a macbook push a 22 inch monitor?

i just bought a 22 inch widescreen lcd. will i be ok since it has a subpar video card? thanks guys

I use it on my 22" Gateway LCD every day...works just fine.

It's not the size of the monitor that counts. It the amount of pixels you can push.

You should be able to do about 1600x just fine.

I do that on my Mac Mini which is slower than my Macbook, works fine. No performance issues.

The graphics aren't that bad, they are better than a Radeon 9200 as used in older Macs.

A Macbook can actually push 1920 x 1200 pixels on an external display.

And "subpar" is a terrible and incorrect description for the MacBook's video card.
