Ipod Videos to macbook

hey guys, i was wondering if anyone knew any ways to put vidoes that i have on my ipod to my macbook so i can put them onto a dvd?

Your Mac's Specs
Unibody MBP 2.4 GHz C2D/27" Core i7 iMac
I'm assuming you have your iPod sync'd to a computer that is not your MacBook. Go to your iTunes Folder/Movies/Copy the file to a disc or thumb drive etc. then transfer it to your MB.
