Hello,
I am new to this forum because I have a few specific questions and would like to know if any of you guys are familiar with this issue. I would appreciate any help that anyone could offer. I am creating motion graphics in after effects and exporting my files as quicktime movies. From Quicktime pro I have exported those .mov's as mp4's. However, the digital picture frame is not reading the files. Right now I am using a Pandigital 9.2" but would be willing to try another model. The box states that it will accept mpeg1, mpeg4 and motion jpeg avi.
Has anyone here had to put video on a digital picture frame? If so, did you use any software that you could recommend to convert the files? Are there any specific digital picture frames that you could recommend? Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
