Adium Question - Status

I've been using Adium, but don't don't chat online or use the program very much. Tonight I noticed a status option that says "iTunes" on it, but I don't know what that means or communicates to other users. I checked their help section, but nothing comes up.

Does anyone know? Does it show the song I'm listening to in the away message to others?

Yes it does. It shows the currently play itunes song as your status message.

not as your away message, in iChat underneath your name it scrolls what song you are listening to. I don't really think that aim supports that (but I havent seen windows aim in years) so im not sure.
