Has anyone managed to HotSync their Palm through Parallels in the XP Palm Desktop application? How did you do it?

Found it out. Had to enable Autoconnect for the USB Controller..... Very neat to have Parallels using the Bootcamp install of XP!

I haven't but can I ask why you don't just do it through OS X?

It is because I am not using the Palm Desktop, but an application called Agendus which is much better. They do not have a OS X-version though which is why I need to HotSync in XP.

Check this company out that makes software which allows you to run many Windows apps natively on your Intel-based Mac without any need for Windows and the trouble of running Bootcamp or Parallels. Quite ingenious and helpful, plus it's cheaper than Parallels alone, not to mentioned buying a Windows license.
