rm to mp4 converter

I have some rm files that are videos I want to convert to my ipod,mp4, format. Is there a free converter out there that will do this for me?
BTW I have ffmpegx and whenever it does one of the files it makes it in a wierd format that isn't like my others.

i have it but dont use it. its free and may work for you. let me know if it does.

MediaFork won't do it, it only does DVD to MP4 conversion.

You want VisualHub, but it's not free.
