Bluetooth icon gone !

Hi, my bluetooth icon has disappeared from the menu bar at the top. The boxes are ticked to show the bluetooth icon in the menu bar but it's not there. Any ideas how I can get it back ?

Start by clicking on your Hdd Icon in finder then follow this.
Click on :

System-Library-Core services-Find the folder called Menuextras- Then Double click on the Bluetooth.Menu file that should put it on your menu bar again

Don't play around much in there....

imac 20" 216 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 1GBSDRAM, 250 GB hd, Airport Extreme, Bluetooth 2.0
If you haven't tried this yet, I'd try UNchecking the box "show bluetooth in menu bar" and do a restart, then go back and put it back in and see if that will reset it.
