Hey Guys,

My daughter did a school report on her Dell with Microsoft Works. Her printer was out of ink so she emailed me the file to print out.
I could not get it to open with Open Office or any other program on my iMac.
It was a .wps format. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Can she save the file as a .doc? You could then open a .doc file with OpenOffice or NeoOffice...

Microsoft Works will save in .doc format, so that would be the first (and preferable) option.

There's an application called MacLinkPlus that will convert a Works file, but it's gonna cost you $80 to do so.
