I'm curious, is it possible to print from my MacBook Pro through another computer's printer on my home network? Any of the other computers in question are running Windows XP, I'm not sure if compatibility would be an issue. Does anyone have any ideas? Or links to tutorials?

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

The answer is yes you can. You may have to try a few different driver choices, but you can make it work.

You'll need to share the printer on the Windows side.

Use the Printer Setup Utility to add the printer using the more printers option.

Select Windows Printing, then select the workgroup, computer and printer.

Be sure to select the right driver. If there isn't one there, try generic post script.
