It doesn't seem to apply to all Macs. Most laptops have it, and my PowerMac G5 tower has it, but perhaps iMacs don't? Do you have a PPC iMac or an Intel iMac?

OK, it would be useful to build out this list:

Intel Mini: anyone who has one, please let us know
PPC Mini: ditto

Intel iMacs: don't have Processor Performance option
PPC iMac: anyone who has one, please let us know

Mac Pro: anyone who has one, plese let us know
PowerMac G5: has the option

Intel MBP: believe it has the option - can anyone confirm?
Intel MacBook: ditto

PPC G4 Laptop: believe it has the option - can anyone confirm?
