Keychain Stopped Remembering my Passwords

Mac Mini 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7 and a 15" MacBook Pro 2.33GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 2 GB 667Mhz DDR2 SDRAM
I have read almost every thread on Keychain not remembering your passwords and the only solution I have read is to use first aid to repair it. I have tried this to no avail. How do I get Keychain to remember my passwords again??
