Hi, I'm a switcher & juz bought a Macpro with A. Extreme base station.

All installation went smoothly & able to connect my Macpro to the A.Extreme wirelessly.

Unfortunately, my family Win XP laptop can't detect the A.E SSID at all.
It has no problem detecting my neighbours SSID.

Tried to use the Airport Admin Utility but it said Configuration Error!
This Version does not support this base station & can't update the software for this base station. It ask me to look for newer version.
My A. Admin Utilities ver. 4.2.3. Couldn't locate any new version.

I would appreciate very much if anyone can assist. Thanks!

With the new base station you will want to use the airport utility, not the airport admin utility. Hope that helps.
