Apples Customer servise

Hi,

Is it just me or is the apple customer servise in the UK really bad. They never seem to want to help with your plomlems and try to flog you off as quick as possible. I was wondering if anyone elles from the UK has experiance problems with apple support if so dose anyone have a address to write to because I have just about had enought and want to write a letter of compaint about the servise.
