Way to change the shape of the cursor??

I am running 10.3.9 on a G4 Quicksilver. Have spent most of the last hour trying to find a way to change the shape of the cursor. Is there a way??

You need Mighty Mouse by Unsanity, that's the only way I know of to change the cursor.
