Problem with Microsoft Entourage

Hi,

I need help. Whenever i receive an email attachment with a JPG format picture, when it prints, it would say printing 1 of 11 pages. its a small picture and when i preview it it looks okay on an A4 size paper. Its only when its starts printing, it prints many pages and the image turns out to be so BIG!

Have you tried reformatting the picture? I've never had this problem myself, but I don't recall a specific time when I've printed a pic for E.

It's seems like that program is pretty tempormental. I always have problems opening files emailed to me from people (even fellow Mac users), but others I know using E never have a problem.
