I don't know if these were ever mentioned before here, but they're GREAT. If you've never come across them..just click on the "Getting Started" tab on your Firefox browser, and you'll see Firefox Add-ons hyperlinked in the paragraph.

Mine is a Super Mario Bros. 3 theme. It's pretty cool lol

I'm sure that Mario theme was always Windows only...
I prefer ones which are stylish, ones that don't try too hard to look good.

I only really use the iPox and iFox themes. I use a lot Japanese dictionaries and translators through firefox, such as Rikaichan and Moji, but other addons I got and loved were never updated for Firefox 2.0, which means I now use Safari about 99% of the time.

Another vote for Adblock - my favourite extension for sure.

I also use:

FireFTP
Forcastfox
Ook? Video Ook (allows me to grab flash videos from video sharing sites for my iPod!)
Web Developer
ColorZilla (handy when developing web pages)

Oh and of course ChatZilla - IRC chat client.

I try to run as lean as possible. Extensions will slow you down.

And I usually keep them disabled until I need them. I run a tight ship =)
