CPU Upgrade - BAD!!

I've been dealing with the idiots over at GigaDesigns. They make a CPU upgrade for old G4's. They have a 3-year warranty and mine broke after a year. But it's been **** to try to get a replacement. They won't return my phone calls or send me a new one. I've sent them the broken one, with a receipt, and even got an RA number from them. Since I sent it back they seem to have disappeared.

DO NOT BUY FROM GIGADESIGNS!!!! The product is junk and the customer service is awful.
