Using a Macbook here.

I want to be given the selection of which OS to boot without holding option. Is this possible? Just a pain when you hit restart and forget to hold it.

Also my trackpad is dodgy in XP, sometimes it gets very sticky and jump and I can't use it. Driver issue?

Cheers in advance

(1) No solution ... you have to hold down Option or it will automatically go to your default boot drive.

(2) Happens to a lot of MB and MBP owners in Boot Camp. Don't know what (if any) solution has come up yet but hopefully before Boot Camp leaves beta (as part of Leopard) it will be fixed.

There's really no solution? Surely there must be a bit of code in registry that you can fiddle with...?
