Here whereI work they have a PC for the workers deal. We get a PC which we pay for through our salery before tax. Making it a very good deal indeed.
Well this year I was looking at the 4 choices we were given (All HP). With Vista........

Anyway I asked if it was possible to order an iMac... I expected no. They said if you can buy it through our supplier no problem. I wrote them saying I'd like a 17" iMac for my son..........

They said.........No problem:eek: :eek:

So my son (12) is now very excited

It's a sweet deal I get to pay a lot less for a brand new iMac......I love my work:black: :black:

I can only wish my employer did this - like many, we have a deal with HP for PCs... with Vista! No way!!

I think I'm lucky with my employers policy on Home use computers even if I'm the only Mac user among the 100 or so I work with

... Maybe I should have gone for the Mac Pro and given my iMac to my son....Then I'd be sleeping out in the snow for sure:D :D
