Hi- Im new to Linux in particular, computers in general.
Im trying to use Parallels to run Fedora 5. During the course of intalling, I got this message:
"The partition table on device hda was unreadable. To create new partitions it must be initialized, causing the loss of ALL DATA on this drive.
This operation will override any previous installation choices which drives to ignore.
Would you like to initialize this drive, erasing ALL DATA? "
so.............I want to use Parallels b/c im not familiar/comfortable with partitioning my HD. I thought my using Parallels, I wouldnt run into wiping-out-current-OS issues. Does this warning mean Im going to erase my MAC OS?? If not, what does the mean?
Thanks!!
