DVD Decrypter against Arccos

Can some pls recommend a good dvd extraction program that can break the arccos seal? I'm all out of ideas. I heard a MTR 3.0 was coming out, but haven't seen it yet (also, the website doesn't seem to be working).

You mean arccos seal as in ARccOS copy protection?
