Hi I'm new here.
I currently have G5 DP 1.8 with an LG LCD monitor connected using VGA connector.
Here is my question.
I am getting an LCD TV with HDMI input this week and want to connect it to the G5 using HDMI-DVI cable so that I can get extended monitor.
As you may have noticed if I use HDMI-DVI cable, I can only connect one monitor as the other monitor input is ADC.
Would it be better to purchase:
- ADC-VGA to connect my LG monitor with the LCD tv connected to DVI
OR
- ADC-DVI to connect the new LCD tv while keeping LG monitor with DVI-VGA connector.
The cost is pretty much the same here in Australia.
