FCP5 opens and starts running, but then shuts down.

I have just installed FCP5 on my mac, but when I was removing some files, I accidentally erased them off my mac, I was wondering, what were the files in my Documents Folder, that I removed.

-or-
how could I erase the entire thing and re-install it if needed.
