512MB RAM vs. 2GB
Everything aside, a buddy at work has a 1.83C2D MacBook with 2GB RAM, and the difference is still huge. Note, that's a C2D in the MacBook w/2GB vs. the CD w/512MB in my Mini compared to the 2.33 C2D w/2GB MBP.
HD doesn't really matter. I have an 80GB in my Mini, and a 160GB in my MBP. On top of that I have external storage. On my MBP I have 120GB for OS X and 40GB partitioned for Windows.
