Little help finding an app - Convert Drop

So I recently updated to a macbook from an Ibook and w/ my I book I made a lot of ringtones. I would break the mp3 up using audicity, then use Front End Convert Drop to make the file an m4a so I could send it to my phone. I cant seem to find Convert Drop anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get it or if there is a simmilar program that I could use. Thanks,

how is this program (front end convert drop) removed? i removed it in the normal fashion but the little "scroll" icon is still in my iTunes menu. also, i searched using Spotlight and cant find anything with FECD or parser.
