LF: Free VOIP account to call from PC-2-LANDLINE

Hi there... Does anyone know of any VOIP sites/apps that will allow you to make FREE PC-LANDLINE calls? I used to use VOPIBUSTER with Eyebeam (SIP Phone) however they limit the free calls to 5 minutes.

I don't want to get into the whole "credit" thing as I will never use all of the time that I am forced to purchase.

I also tried iCALL but can't get it to work.

Any help would be appreciated!

There used to be a Free World Dial or Free World International, something like that, out of IOWA, where you could either call them via a VOIP gateway or use your PC, but not sure about quality or features...

Skype is pretty reasonable, I think it's $19 or $29 for a year of unlimited calling within the continent.
