CPU Speed: 1.25 GHz
L2 Cache (per CPU): 512 KB
Memory: 256 MB
Bus Speed: 167 MHz

with Panther OS and i'm thinking to install it Tiger OS, but i don't know if my mac is gonna be slow or may be got fast with the new OS. What do you think? i would like to hear your opinions, thanks for all.

That's my configuration apart from the RAM. Great machine, but upgrade the RAM to 1gb (it's a relatively easy job). 256mb just isn't enough.

I have been running Tiger on my 1.25Ghz G4 Mini from the first week Tiger was released. Runs GREAT but Upgrade your RAM. 256Megs is really not even enough for Panther leave alone tiger. I would go to at least 512 Megs but have a Gig here and it's smooth as can be in Tiger.
