i really enjoy my katana. the downloaded rings on it are really quiet though i guess, i just use the standard ones that come on the phone and they are really loud. you will need to get used to holding it different because it is probably a new type of phone for you. all in all, its a great phone and i would highly recommend it

I'm a Cingular user, but I've heard some negatives about the Katana. Check out the reviews on Cnet or head over to Howardforums.com

I'm not telling you this because I sell Sprint where I work. The Katana is the best RAZR-shaped phone out there. I love that thing. Sanyo is THE MOST underrated cell phone brand out there and if it wasn't for my employee plan with Cingular, I'd go back to Sprint and get a Katana. The Katana is far superior to the RAZR in terms of signal strength.

Currently shopping for my first Mac.
I used to be a Verizon and Cingular rep, and I can say with confidence that Sanyo is a very good brand of cell phone to buy.

As far as the phone itself goes, one of the guys I works with has it and he really likes it. Very sleek looking phone!

Alright well thank you all for the input. I am thinking that i will being going and getting mine on Thursday. And that is very important that you said the signal is good. That pretty much sealed the deal. I am going to get the blue one, and then a bluetooth headset

I have a friend who has the Katana, and she loves it. I haven't heard her complain about it.
