In safari, wherever there are certain images on web pages I get a little white question mark within a blue box.. sometimes the images or videos just don't show up

When I check the same web page on my windows PC (connected to the same router and all that) the web page loads perfectly

the weirdest thing is that this happens within firefox also on my mac
but in firefox on my PC the web pages shows all the images correctly!

I am getting pretty dang sick of these stupid little question marks!

help!!

I have seen this a few times as well... The odd thing is that if I refresh the page a couple times the image will appear...

While we wait.... Welcome to Mac-Forums!

My ebay on Safari is fine... Do you have any 3rd party apps that may be causing this???

how do you put pics in here?

Upload the file to the web.. Flickr, imageshack, etc...

Then right click on the image, and select "Copy Image Address"

Then in the Mac-Forums... in the Reply Area.... Click the Yellow/Grey box with the Mountain looking icon.. then Paste the address in there. Enter ... Submit post... Viola!

Oh.... Apple+Shift+3 for the WHOLE Screen
Apple+Shift+4 will bring up Crosshairs... click+drag it around the area you want the image of.
Apple+Shift+4 THEN Spacebar... will turn the crosshairs into a camera, hover the camera over any window, to take a picture of JUST the window below the camera.. press ENTER to take the picture.
