OK,
So I plan to buy a 250 GB external drive to use for backups. In addition to backing up my data, I would like to keep other things on just my external drive. e.g. My iTunes library or my iPhoto library. I plan to use either CCC or SuperDuper! to do the backup and was just curious if there was anything else that I have to do to be able to keep additional things on my external drive and not have them deleted when it gets synced with my Mac. Also, is having my iTunes library going to hinder my playback?
