Does upgrading OS heat up your mac.

I just install OS tiger and updated it on my powerbook G4. it seem to heat up faster and I think it gets hotter now then before the upgrade. is there something to this or is it just me? Thanks.

Your Mac's Specs
MacBook 2.0GHz White, 512MB RAM, 60GB HDD
There might be something running in the background and using a lot of CPU time. Use Activity Monitor to see if there's anything eating CPU time (sort by the CPU column).
