Okay right now I am behind a NAT network and can not use my video conferencing in iChat... which is due to apples software poor programing of this software... Does anyone know if this is going to be fixed in Leopard?

No. It would be impossible for anyone to know that before it is released.

I have had no issues using iChat for audio/video chats behind a NAT device. (An ordinary Linksys router.) I expect most iChat users are using NAT. There's certainly nothing in iChat that breaks with NAT.

Skype works very well behind NATs - they say that it was designed explictly for that usage. I use it behind my NAT'ing firewall without any issues. I can recommend it. It is free for computer to computer use, so this is good too.
