My MBP went 2:57 running Safari, Mail, Word, and iTunes on battery power (starting from 100% charge) before the warning indicator popped up saying I had ten minutes of juice left.
coconutBattery 2.5.1 tells me I have 5216 of 5500 mAh (94%) maximum capacity after 3 months & 84 loadcycles.
Screen brightness was about 45%; speaker volume about 80%; keyboard lighting enabled but not on; Airport on and running; Bluetooth disabled.
