emac g4 - dvdrom

Hey guys,

It looks as though my dvdrom is dead b/c it wont read any disks. I'm looking in to buying a new dvdrom or even a dvdrw drive. Does anyone know which dvdroms are comptible with this system? I can't seem to find anything around my area, including ebay.

p.s its an emac powerpc g4

If ever you need tech manuals to take it apart here are the ones I found for the eMac (I warn you these are .pdf files and the server that hosts these files is very very very slow... do not attempt to view both .pdf files at the same time):
