Is there anyway to make a push to talk key persist even when vent is not the active program?

It's really annoying have to select Vent before I can hit ~ and start typing.

Thanks in advanced.

It depends on the key you are using, like some keys only work when the program is active like i think its gotta be a universal key like a mouse button, or tab, or caps lock, or control and so on.... those all work for me.

Yeah, I'm guessing it depends on what key you are using. I use F16

I havent had anyone say anything like that. I'm still useing the built in one, but I'm getting a bluetooth headset for my new phone, so I'm gonna start using that.
