250GB External HD...

Hey guys, so I've been reading a bunch about mac to pc hard drives, etc. I have a 250GB drive that is formatted NTFS. I've read that it needs to be formatted fat32. However the Windoze guys here (I'm Solaris) are telling me that fat32 can only see 32GB partitions at a time.

How have you guys gotten around this?

EDIT: NEVERMIND FOUND THE INFO, COULDN'T FIND A WAY TO DELETE THIS THREAD...
