Hi,

Firstly I'm not a mac user (yeah, boo hiss, I know), but I have a customer who is and needs help. She has an old G3 laptop with OSX 10.3. She currently uses IE as a browser, which doesnt work on our website (IE for macs was crap!). She says she cant download Mozilla because its "too big" and wondered if there were any other options apart from "downloading Safari".

Now, this puzzled me cos 10.3 isnt that old, and I wouldve thought that Safari was pre-installed. But I know nothing, really.

Can anyone put me on the right path - does she have Safari but doenst know how to find it? If she doesnt have it, is it easy to load? Are there any other browser options for OS10.3?

Thanks in advance

You can have her use Firefox. I think they have a version that works on 10.3
