Adding the date to the OS X menu bar

You might also want to check out iClock at http://www.scriptsoftware.com/iclock/iclockmac.php

It not only lets you do the date, but it lets you control the fonts and colors used, and can display floating international clocks, and provides a calendar, and provides a task switcher and... phew! The list is large. Needless to say, it is SO good that I consider it to be critical software for my Mac.

mac57...I'm confused. Is iClock freeware or do you have to purchase?

iClock is Shareware (meaning it its free for a short time) and $20...

Check out MyMenuDate which is also Shareware, but only $5... works great!
