Printer and Wireless Print Server--HELP ME!!!

I cannot figure out how to use my setup my wireless printer. Here is my setup:
New Macbook pro
Belkin Wireless router
Netgear Wireless Print Server
Samsung ML-2010 Laser Printer

I have the router hooked to the modem, the printer hooked to the Netgear wireless print server. The printserver has an ip address that I can print to with my other Laptop (PC).
I have hooked the printer directly to the macbook pro and it prints fine.
How do I make it where I can print from my macbook wirelessly to the print server and connected laser printer?

I am new to mac, so baby steps!!

Does you MacBook actually see the Netgear server?

i.e when you select Add a Printer on the MacBook and then tell it to search for a network printer what happens?
